Yoga Chakras: In yoga, chakras are believed to be centers of energy located along the spine. There are seven main chakras, each associated with different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Balancing these chakras through yoga poses, meditation, and breathwork can enhance overall well-being. 3. Meditation: This practice involves focusing the mind and eliminating distractions to achieve a state of calm and heightened awareness. Various forms of meditation include mindfulness meditation, transcendental meditation, and guided visualization.
